The author, i.n.k., delights in writing poetry and nonfiction as well as creating mixed media pieces. Xe combine skills like writing, book binding, collage, fiber arts, and printmaking, together; in order to create artwork that both emotes and visually reveals layers of contemplation. i.n.k. enjoys creating art that allows it to confess; hoping that xyr vulnerability can comfort and generate inspiration for its audience. As a displaced person, i.n.k. finds it healing to honor its personal history and the histories of the marginalized communities it belongs to. Often, these identities and other creatives from within the 617 (and beyond!) are whose communications with  i.n.k have guided xem and xyr art clearest towards exploring and understanding what it truly means to belong.
